Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot attend the conference, you may: Transfering to Another Person.

Important Note regarding Language and Eligibility:
Please be advised that sessions on February 5, 2026, will be conducted primarily in Thai and are open to Thai participants only.
International delegates are cordially invited to register for the main conference on February 6-7, 2026, which will be conducted entirely in English.
