This year’s theme, “The Pioneer Mindset,” reflects not just a title—but a transformation. At RIRS25, we celebrated innovative dreams. In 2026, we take the next bold step: turning those dreams into reality. This shift from aspiration to actualization is the spirit of the pioneer—one who dares, builds, and leads.
